Our story
Started with one small roaster and a big habit
Driftwood began as a weekend habit that got a little out of hand. One tiny roaster, a lot of practice, and a growing list of friends who wanted a bag of whatever we made next.
These days we roast every week from our little space and serve it fresh across the counter. Nothing sits around, nothing travels far, and every cup is made by someone who actually knows the beans.
